Return and exchange policy

We guarantee that the products on the mall are sourced from legitimate channels and are the same as when you personally visit the mall to purchase goods, enjoying the same quality assurance.

Within 15 days from the date of receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt), if there are quality issues with the goods during normal use, customers can choose to exchange them for new ones or return them.

 

Before you process a return or exchange, please confirm that you meet the following requirements:

1) Returns and exchanges should maintain the original appearance of the received goods;

2) The outer packaging, accessories, receipts, etc. of the returned or exchanged goods are intact;

3) Due to lighting during photography, there may be color differences between the product images and the actual product, which is not a quality issue. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

4) The product has not been used, stained, processed, etc;

 

The following situations will not be processed:

1) Goods not sold by our company;

2) Exceeding the deadline for return and exchange requirements mentioned above;

3) Returns and exchanges applied for without prior notification to our customer service center;

4) Quality issues arising from abnormal use or human factors of the product;

5) Storing or exposing goods in an environment beyond their suitability, resulting in damage to the goods;

6) The outer packaging, spare parts, instruction manual, and warranty certificate of the product, as well as any missing items;

 

Return and exchange process

If you need to apply for a return or exchange, please make sure to call the service hotline 400-0000-000 within 15 days after the product is signed for, and transfer to manual assistance. Please provide your order number or relevant order information (recipient, contact information, etc.) to apply for a return or exchange service. We will review and reply to you within 24 hours.

Return of goods

After the application for return and exchange is completed, please promptly send the received goods back to our company according to the shipping address; When returning the product, it is necessary to ensure that the outer packaging and internal accessories are complete;

Product quality inspection

If the returned product passes the quality inspection, the return and exchange standards will be processed. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the customer.

Return the invoice

Please return the original invoice received to our company according to the shipping address.
