Dear customer, Tianze website supports pre deposit transactions. After your pre deposit recharge is successful, the payment for the order will be directly deducted from the balance of your recharged account.

Pre deposit instructions:

1) Pre deposit is applicable to all users registered on Tianze website.

2) After successful recharge, you can log in to the account member center to check the balance.

3) The balance can be used to purchase all products on Tianze Station.

4) When the balance is insufficient for payment, the following two methods can be used:

A. The balance has been fully paid, and the remaining balance will be paid using other payment methods.

B. Recharge and pay again.

5) If you need to process a pre deposit refund, Tianze will charge a refund fee of 10% of the refund amount.
